At Manticore Security Ltd we strive to provide quality security operatives to our clients and a safe working environment for our employees.
During our 16 years combined experience with in the private security sector we have worked with numerous companies across multiple industries ranging from construction companies, local councils, sports and music arenas to homeless shelters and charities.

Kristian Hilton
Managing Director
With a background in customer service Kristian started working within the security sector as a safety steward and quickly gained his SIA Door Supervisors licence. Gaining valuable, on the ground experience Kristian soon advanced to Operations Manager, leading to where he is today.
Josh Gainford
Director
Started an apprenticeship in 2013 in Spectator Safety and Door Supervision while learning from a mentor with over 35 years experience within the industry. Eventually Josh worked his way up to Operations Co-ordinator and helped leading teams across the UK in all aspects of the security industry.
